Refer a Friend Program Terms and Conditions

First, we would like to thank you for participating in Goalry's "Refer a Friend" program! We hope you are enjoying your Money Mall experience.

These Refer a Friend Program Terms and Conditions (these "Referral Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for your participation in our Refer a Friend Program (the "Refer a Friend Program") and are hereby incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not defined in these Referral Terms are defined in our Terms of Use.

For simplicity here are the minimum requirements subject the below Terms and Conditions:

Earning a Goalry savings boost for referring a friend or being referred requires BOTH you and YOUR FRIEND to complete the below steps:

1.) As members, both you and your referred friend will need to login with your member key using your username and password.

2.) Visit your profiles in the upper right corner of your screen.

3.) Verify your identities under your profile information (if not already done so).

4.) Once you have verified your identities you will need to add a valid checking account under “Your Accounts”. PLEASE NOTE - CHECKING ACCOUNTS MUST BE AN ACCOUNT WHERE YOU RECEIVE YOUR REGULAR INCOME OR USE DAILY. Referred to in the below terms as “ verification of certain bank account and identification information”. Please note that checking accounts that are inactive or do not receive regular income will not receive a Savings Boost and are considered outside of these terms and conditions.

5.) Your Savings Boost will then be in your Goalry Account where you can move money in and out of your added valid checking account.

6.) It’s recommended you use your new saving boosts to start saving in a Goalry Savings Goal! Simply visit the Goals page.ote

Please Note: It may take up to 30 days for your savings boost to post to your Goalry Account.

Acceptance of these Referral Terms; Revised Referral Terms. To participate in the Refer a Friend Program, you must agree to abide by these Referral Terms. If you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions outlined in these Referral Terms, you cannot participate in the program. These Referral Terms may be revised from time to time in our discretion, in accordance with applicable law. We will publish any revised version of these Referral Terms on the Website. You are free to accept or reject any revised version of these Referral Terms, but you must accept these Referral Terms, as revised, to continue participating in the Refer a Friend Program. If you do not agree to these Referral Terms or any revised version of these Referral Terms, your only option is to withdraw from the Refer a Friend Program. Unless we state otherwise, your participation in the Refer a Friend Program is subject to the version of these Referral Terms in effect at the time of your participation.

Eligibility. In order to participate in the Refer a Friend Program, you must agree to our Terms of Use, including these Referral Terms and our Privacy Policy, and have and maintain a Goalry Account in good standing.

Earning Savings Boost.

When you register for a Goalry Account or from time to time thereafter, we will provide you with a hyperlink, text link, badge, button, or other code via email, text message, social media platform, or other format that contains a unique referral ID associated with your Goalry Account (a "Refer a Friend Link"). Subject to these Referral Terms, within 30 days of the completion of the Sign-Up Process by each Qualifying Referral using your Refer a Friend Link, we will deposit the specified referral reward ("Goalry Account"), less any taxes or other amounts that we are required by law to withhold, in your Goalry Account and send you a text message notifying you of such deposit. Please refer to the Website for the current Savings Bonus. All Savings bonus will be paid in U.S. Dollars. For purposes of these Referral Terms, a "Qualifying Referral" means an individual that (a) does not currently have, and has never had, a Goalry Account; (b) has not initiated the Sign-Up Process prior to clicking on your Referr a Friend Link; and (c) uses your Refer a Friend Link to complete the Sign-Up Process, and "Sign-Up Process" means the successful registration for a Goalry Account pursuant to our Terms of Use, including, but not limited to, verification of certain bank account and identification information. We will determine, in our sole discretion, whether a Qualifying Referral completes the Sign-Up Process using your Refer a Friend Link in accordance with these Referral Terms and whether you are eligible to receive a Savings Boost.

Restrictions and Limitations. We retain the right to investigate any suspicious or inappropriate activity concerning the Refer a Friend Program. We reserve the discretion to refuse to pay any Savings Boost if we determine, in our sole judgement, that (a) a Qualifying Referral's Sign-Up Process is not genuine, including, but not limited to, registering for multiple Goalry Accounts via a Referral link; or (b) you have engaged in fraudulent or deceptive conduct related to the Refer a Friend Program, such as offering any person financial or other incentives to complete the Sign-Up Process using your Referral Link or attempting to redirect traffic or divert Savings Boost from any other participant in the Refer a Friend Program, directly or indirectly. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to postpone payment of any Savings Boost while we investigate your Refer a Friend Program participation or use of your Referral Links.

Non-Exclusive. The Refer a Friend Program is non-exclusive. You acknowledge and agree that we may, at any time, solicit customer referrals via any method in our sole discretion.

Termination or Suspension of Refer a Friend Program. 

You may stop participating in the Refer a Friend Program at any time by contacting us at infodesk@goalry.com and providing sufficient information for us to verify your identity. We may, in our sole discretion, suspend, limit, or terminate the Refer a Friend Program and terminate these Referral Terms and Conditions for any reason at any time by providing notice to you (including notice via email at the email address we have for you in our records). Termination of the Refer a Friend Program and these Referral Terms will not automatically result in the termination of our Terms of Use or your Goalry Account, unless otherwise specified by us. However, termination of our Terms of Use or closure of your Goalry Account will result in the automatic termination of your participation in the Refer a Friend Program and termination of these Referral Terms. Upon termination of these Referral Terms, you must immediately cease all use of Referral Links, and Savings Boost earned but unpaid as of the date of termination will remain payable, unless we terminate these Referral Terms for your breach of these Referral Terms or our Terms of Use. Provisions of these Referral Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination of these Referral Terms will survive termination of these Referral Terms.
